Clarence-Coffs Career Hub Event

Business luncheon: Next-Gen Leadership: Creating and building multi-generational teams

Tuesday 6 September 12.00-2.00pm
Opal Cove Resort, Coffs Harbour

Bishop Druitt College is pleased to be supporting this upcoming event through the Clarence-Coffs Career Hub, which aims to connect local businesses with employees of the future.

Is your team ready for the multi-generational workforce?

For the first time in history, there are now up to five generations in the workforce, each with its own unique differences, experiences, and communication styles.

Combined with the use of technology, organisations are now, more than ever, experiencing the challenge of managing these differences. So, how will your business face the new age of workforce management, to build a culture which attracts and inspires skilled talent?

Bring your team along to the Coffs Chamber luncheon on 6 September as we explore how organisations can remain relevant, engage generations and communicate effectively in today’s changing landscape.

In this session, esteemed communication strategist and presenter, Katie Iles will unpack key leadership qualities that emerging generations resonate with, and equip leaders, managers and teams to attract, engage and retain talent across a multi-generational workforce.

Also included will be a multi-generational panel on future workplace culture including: Ryan Bear - Lawyer and Director at Coastal Law; Ben Roche, VP (Engagement) at Southern Cross University;  Nick Johnstone - Principal at Bishop Druitt College and a special Gen-Z guest.

Opal Cove Resort, Coffs Harbour

Tuesday 6 September, 1145am for 12pm start, 2pm finish.

$48 for Chamber members and guests, $55 for visitors
