Performing Arts Awards Night

Congratulations to all performing arts students and staff on our 2nd Annual Performing Arts Awards Night. It was wonderful to have past students, Beth Condon and Hannah Brauer, as well as parent and former Silver Chair rocker Chris Joannou assist in presenting awards and I thank them for taking the time out of their busy schedules to support the school’s performing arts program.

Thank you to the organisers, the bar staff, the set up and pack up crew and everyone else involved. I wish to recognise the Friends of Performing Arts and all the work they do for the department.

For those who were unable to attend, here is a copy of the speech I gave at the dinner.

Golf Day

Thank you to Bishop Druitt College and the wider Coffs community and sponsors for supporting our annual Golf Day. The Golf Day raises funds for the BDC Barracudas Sporting Club, which now has over 350 members across football, rugby and basketball.
