Dear Bishop Druitt College Community,

As I reflect on my journey with this remarkable school since January 2018, my heart overflows with gratitude and deep appreciation for each member of our vibrant community. The words of 1 Peter 4:10 have resonated profoundly throughout my time here: "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms." This biblical wisdom has been the cornerstone of our collective mission – to nurture, develop, and empower each individual to serve with their unique talents.

What began as a new chapter after leading a conservative Grammar School in Western Australia has blossomed into a transformative experience shaped by the collective spirit of dedication and service. We have become more than an educational institution; we are a family united by a shared purpose of holistic education and spiritual growth. Our focus has been on cultivating the whole person – developing strengths academically, on the sporting field, in performing arts, and through service-learning programs that embody the scriptural call to serve others.

Our leadership team and committed staff have embraced this vision with remarkable passion, driving the school forward while maintaining the highest standards of educational excellence. We have created an environment where every student can discover and nurture their God-given gifts, understanding that each individual has a unique contribution to make to our community and the world beyond.

To our incredible parents, grandparents, and carers, I extend my deepest gratitude. Your unwavering trust and active engagement have been a testament to the collaborative spirit of stewardship. You have partnered with us in the most sacred of journeys – the education and nurturing of your children – demonstrating a commitment that truly reflects the biblical principle of serving one another with the gifts we have received.

As I look to the future, I am filled with optimism about Bishop Druitt College's continued growth and success. The foundation we have built together will continue to empower students to discover their potential and serve others with grace and purpose.
