Judges included BDC drum tutor Mr Abe Camden, Head of Colemans Music and Rockfest co-ordinator Mr Luc Travers and Head of Faculty Ms Rebecca Day. The judges were blown away by the talent. First prize which included a recording session at Grow the Music studios in Toormina went to the Secondary Rock Band.

Year 11 Drama Production
The Year 11 Drama class are preparing for an exciting production of the classic Australian play ‘COSI.’ ‘COSI’ was written by Louis Nowra and is a compelling and thought-provoking play set in the 1970s. It explores themes of mental illness, love, and personal growth through the lens of a group of patients who are putting on a production of Mozart’s “Cosi Fan Tutte” in a mental institution. As part of the narrative, the play includes mature content and course language that reflects the intensity of the characters’ experiences.
The Production will be held on Tuesday 24th September from 5:30pm - 7pm in the College Theatre. Thank you to Ms Gudgeon for preparing the students and this production.
